Conformada por un paciente de 62 años el cual tiene hipertrigliceridemia como diagnóstico. Resultados: se halló que el 90 % de las intervenciones sobre dolor agudo se desarrollaron y el 10 % aún se encuentran en proceso. El 90 % de las intervenciones sobre sobrepeso se desarrollaron y el 10 % aún se encuentran en proceso. El 100% de las intervenciones sobre diagnóstico autogestión ineficaz se desarrollaron. El 80 % de las intervenciones sobre riesgo de baja autoestima se desarrollaron y el 20 % aún se encuentran en proceso. El 80 % de las intervenciones sobre riesgo de estreñimiento se desarrollaron y el 20 % aún se encuentran en proceso. Conclusión: las estrategias de enfermería fundamentadas en las taxonomías NANDA, NIC y NOC, donde la implementación de los planes de cuidado ha demostrado una alta efectividad y cumplimiento, con un 100% de desarrollo en la Autogestión Ineficaz y un 90% en diagnósticos clave como dolor agudo y sobrepeso

Materials and methods: a descriptive, non- experimental clinical case study was conducted using instruments such as Marjory Gordon's functional health patterns assessment and the NANDA, NIC, and NOC taxonomies. The patient was a 62-year-old man diagnosed with hypertriglyceridemia. Results: it was found that 90% of the interventions for acute pain were implemented, and 10% are still in progress. 90% of the interventions for overweight were implemented, and 10% are still in progress. 100% of the interventions for ineffective self-management were implemented. 80% of the interventions for low self-esteem risk were implemented, and 20% are still in progress. Eighty percent of the interventions for constipation risk were implemented, and 20% are still in progress.
