description Objetivo: determinar el nivel de satisfacción laboral del personal de enfermería en el servicio de Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital Sergio Bernales – Lima 2023. El instrumento es una encuesta sistematizada con los factores a medir, se utilizaría la recolección de datos en este caso la encuesta, mediante un cuestionario estructurado para el personal de enfermería, estructurado por diferentes factores y consta de 27 ítems, que nos dará satisfacción interna y externa. La muestra es de 45 profesionales de enfermería del servicio del Centro Quirúrgico del Hospital Sergio Bernales. Conclusiones: la investigación establecerá un precedente valioso para las investigaciones que vengan referente a salud, y el único beneficiario será el paciente que se contribuirá a una mejora de confort.
