description Objetivo: determinar el nivel de conocimientos y actitudes sobre la administración de fármacos endovenosos en estudiantes de enfermería de una universidad privada, 2024. Materiales y métodos: enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental, transversal y correlacional. La población estudio estuvo conformada por los 65 estudiantes de enfermería del VI ciclo de la Universidad María Auxiliadora – I semestre 2024. La muestra fue censal. Los instrumentos fueron un cuestionario y una escala tipo Likert válidos y confiables. Resultados: la mayoría son femeninos, representando el 75,38% (49). En cuanto a la edad, el grupo mayoritario es el de estudiantes de 30 años o menos, representando el 41,54% (27). Los estudiantes tienen un conocimiento regular, representado por un 63,08% (41), seguido de un 24,62% (16) con buen conocimiento y un 12,31% (8) con conocimiento deficiente. La mayoría tuvo una actitud desfavorable, representado por un 56,92% (37), seguido de una actitud favorable con un 43,08% (28). La prueba de chi-cuadrado muestra un valor de 8,527 con 2 grados de libertad y una significación asintótica (bilateral) de 0,014. Conclusiones: existe relación significativa entre el nivel de conocimientos y actitudes sobre la administración de fármacos endovenosos en estudiantes de enfermería de una universidad privada, 2024.

Materials and methods: quantitative approach, non-experimental, cross-sectional and correlational design. The study population was made up of 65 nursing students from the VI cycle of the María Auxiliadora University – I semester 2024. The sample was census-based. The instruments were a valid and reliable questionnaire and a Likert-type scale. Results: the majority are female, representing 75.38% (49). Regarding age, the majority group is students aged 30 or younger, representing 41.54% (27). The students have regular knowledge, represented by 63.08% (41), followed by 24.62% (16) with good knowledge and 12.31% (8) with knowledge deficient. The majority had an unfavorable attitude, represented by 56.92% (37), followed by a favorable attitude with 43.08% (28). The chi-square test shows a value of 8.527 with 2 degrees of freedom and an asymptotic (two-sided) significance of 0.014.
