Resultados: indican la relación entre los factores asociados y la adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico en pacientes hipertensos del Policlínico Roal del distrito Los Olivos 2023, para la dimensión “Factores socioeconómicos” predominó (A veces) con un (36.98%), para la dimensión “Factores relacionados con el tratamiento” se encontró que predominó (Casi nunca) con un (68.26%), para la dimensión “Factores relacionados con el paciente” se encontró que predominó (Casi siempre) con un (28,68%), para la dimensión “Factores relacionados con la enfermedad” se encontró que predominó (Casi siempre) con un (37.9%), finalmente para la dimensión “Factores relacionados con el Sistema de Salud” se encontró que predominó (Casi nunca) con un (50.24%). Conclusión: la relación entre los factores asociados y la adherencia al tratamiento farmacológico en pacienteshipertensos del Policlínico Roal del distrito Los Olivos fue altamente significativa, positiva moderada.
