description Objetivo: describir el conocimiento y percepción sobre vacunación en situación de emergencia sanitaria en madres con niños menores de 1 año en una institución pública de salud - 2023. Materiales y métodos: es de enfoque cuantitativo y el diseño es no experimental y de corte transversal, de acuerdo al alcance o nivel del estudio se considera la investigación correlacional. La población de estudio incluirá 80 madres, del área de crecimiento y desarrollo (CRED), se empleará la técnica de encuesta, la cual consiste en la recolección de información brindada por los participantes. los instrumentos serán dos cuestionarios, el primero consta de 10 ítems siendo estas preguntas cerradas (con alternativas sí o no) donde podrá determinarse el conocimiento que poseen las madres respecto a las vacunas que reciben sus menores hijos y también podrá brindar un breve comentario y el segundo cuestionario está conformado por 12 ítems para conocer la percepción de las madres acerca de las vacunas que reciben sus menores hijos en una emergencia sanitaria. El análisis estadístico será mediante la prueba Chi Cuadrado.
