description Objetivo: planificar un proceso del cuidado del enfermero aplicado a paciente con legrado uterino por aborto incompleto en el Hospital De Emergencias de Villa El Salvador 2024. Materiales y métodos: investigación de enfoque cuantitativo, enfoque no experimental, corte transversal y nivel descriptivo. La población fue una paciente de sexo femenino a quien se le practicó un legrado uterino por presentar restos uterinos de un anterior aspirado manual endouterino. Las técnicas usadas fueron la escala análoga del dolor y la entrevista con la paciente, mientras que, el instrumento fuer la herramienta de valoración de los 11 patrones funcionales de Marjory Gordon. Resultados: de acuerdo a la priorización de diagnósticos, se obtuvo un 70% de efectividad en la primera intervención de enfermería, mientras que un 30% se encuentra en proceso de ejecución. Estos resultados fueron obtenidos en el servicio de hospitalización post intervención quirúrgica. Conclusiones: los resultados obtenidos son debido a la condición post quirúrgica de la paciente ya que el dolor post operatorio, es un síntoma presente aún después del alta médica.

Materials and methods: quantitative research, non-experimental approach, cross- sectional and descriptive level. The population was a female patient who underwent uterine curettage due to uterine remains from a previous manual endouterine aspiration. The techniques used were the analog pain scale and the interview with the patient, while the instrument was the assessment tool of the 11 functional patterns of Marjory Gordon. Results: according to the prioritization of diagnoses, 70% effectiveness was obtained in the first nursing intervention, while 30% is in the process of execution. These results were obtained in the post-surgical hospitalization service.
