description Objetivo: Determinar el nivel de conocimiento de las reacciones adversas de azitromicina e ivermectina frente al covid-19 en los usuarios que acuden al mercado Ceres Ate- Vitarte. Materiales y métodos: El presente Estudio de enfoque cualitativo, tipo aplicativo e investigación descriptiva, no experimental y de corte transversal, técnica empleada encuesta a 218 usuarios que acuden a mercado Ceres Ate-vitarte. Resultados: Del total de usuarios encuestados el 61% son mujeres y 39% varones. De acuerdo al grado de instrucción el 48% tiene secundaria completa,32% estudios superiores, 8% sin instrucción. Frente a un problema de salud el 72% de los usuarios acuden a los establecimientos farmacéuticos. El 54% consumió a manera de prevención. El 67% de usuarios tienen el conocimiento sobre el significado de una reacción adversa, consideran que la azitromicina e ivermectina en conjunto dañan a nivel de hígado 43%, estomago 30% ,19% ojos. Conclusión: Según los resultados obtenidos el 33% de los colaboradores presentan conocimientos equivocado de las reacciones adversas, esto puede conllevar al uso indiscriminado de los medicamentos, generando complicaciones en la salud de las personas.
