Los extractos se obtuvieron por maceración en etanol al 96%, y la cicatrización se evaluó mediante la medición de la resistencia tensil de la herida y regeneración tisular. Resultados: la crema al 30% tuvo el mayor efecto cicatrizante, significativamente superior a concentraciones menores y al placebo, pero similar a Bepanthen. El análisis fitoquímico confirmó la presencia de flavonoides, taninos y compuestos fenólicos como posibles responsables de la actividad cicatrizante. Conclusión: la crema con extractos de Perezia multiflora y Vitis vinífera L. demostró una eficacia comparable al estándar comercial, destacando su potencial como alternativa terapéutica natural para la regeneración tisular. |

(grape) seeds on Rattus norvegicus Holtzman rats, compared with the commercial cream Bepanthen. Methods: an experiment was designed with seven groups, using cream concentrations of 15%, 20% and 30%. The extracts were obtained by maceration in 96% ethanol, and healing was evaluated by measuring wound tensile strength and tissue regeneration. Results: the 30% cream had the greatest wound healing effect, significantly superior to lower concentrations and placebo, but similar to Bepanthen. Phytochemical analysis confirmed the presence of flavonoids, tannins and phenolic compounds as possible responsible for the healing activity.
