description El presente informe se plantea en base a la experiencia en virtud a la atención de varias quejas de los clientes, lo que ha resultado en multas significativas de acuerdo con los contratos realizados. Por eso se llevó a cabo un análisis de gestión con el fin de identificar la causa principal del problema en que consiste en evaluar cómo se lleva a cabo el proceso actual, identificar áreas de mejora y evaluar si estas mejoras reducirán las estadísticas de accidentes. Se describen los hallazgos mediante el análisis de síntomas y causas que originan el problema. Según lo mencionado, se desarrollarán tras posibles soluciones, MFECA, Curva de Bradley de Dupont, FODA, optando por la metodología de Dupont gracias a su sistema eficaz y práctico en el campo de la seguridad, podremos alcanzar nuestros objetivos de manera más rápida. Para llevar a cabo las actividades relacionadas con la seguridad y salud de manera efectiva, se designa o contrata a un supervisor de seguridad e higiene de prevención y seguridad. Sin embargo, surgen problemas cuando las organizaciones no consideran este aspecto crucial y delegan estas responsabilidades a otros departamentos internos. El trabajo tiene como objetivo principal mejorar la protección y seguridad de los trabajadores, así como aumentar la competitividad de la empresa. Se propone la metodología para diagnosticar los riesgos de seguridad y salud en el trabajo, integrando soluciones basada en normativas nacionales e internacionales.
