description En cuanto al desarrollo de la tesis, trató sobre una problemática de mucho interés, como es el tema: “LOS ACTOS ADMINISTRATIVOS Y CORRUPCIÓN DE FUNCIONARIOS A NIVEL DEL INSTITUTO NACIONAL PENITENCIARIO (INPE)”, cuya información se recopiló por intermedio de los Abogados hábiles del CAL, a quienes se les aplicó la técnica de la encuesta con su instrumento el cuestionario, con el fin de recoger información importante para su evaluación. El estudio realizó la recopilación de información acerca de diferentes especialistas en el tema, quienes con sus aportes enriquecieron el desarrollo de las conceptualizaciones: actos administrativos y corrupción de funcionarios, el mismo que se trabajó a nivel de los Abogados hábiles, dado que actualmente es un tema de mucho interés en esta área, dado que perjudica a la ciudadanía como al Estado. Referente al estudio de campo se utilizó la técnica de la encuesta con su instrumento el cuestionario, la misma que estuvo conformada por 14 preguntas que fueron tomadas a los Abogados hábiles del CAL, las mismas que fueron tabuladas, para luego ser llevadas a gráficos estadísticos, así como sus respectivas interpretaciones de cada una de ellas; desde luego, las hipótesis planteadas fueron contrastadas para luego arribar a las conclusiones y recomendaciones del trabajo, las cuales son viables y practicables, además de la amplia bibliografía y anexo correspondiente.

The study conducted gathering information about different subject specialists, who with their contributions enriched the development of conceptualizations: administrative acts and corruption of officials, the same who worked at the level of business lawyers, since it is now a subject of much interest in this area, since it harms the citizens and the state.
