description Debido a que nuestro principal objetivo es preservar la salud del paciente, conocer la importancia de los valores e interpretaciones de los diferentes exámenes de laboratorios solicitados como parte de un protocolo de valoración preoperatorio en procedimientos de cirugía bucal para poder detectar las diferentes alteraciones sintomáticas o asintomáticas que se nos presenta en la consulta diaria, que requieran de manejo un manejo previo y así evitar la aparición de complicaciones preoperatorias. La interpretación de los valores en los exámenes de laboratorio nos ayudan a complementar a la realización del diagnóstico y así poder realizar un buena planificación del tratamiento, ya que son prerrequisitos para poder realizar alguna intervención quirúrgica,la realización de estos estudios nos estará dando la oportunidad de poder brindar un mejor servicio y protegernos nosotros haciéndonos cosncientes de los procedimientos clínicos que puedan ser o no apropiados para el paciente.
