La Inversión en el Hospital San Juan de Lurigancho se relaciona directamente con la calidad de atención al paciente, a mayor inversión habrá una mejor calidad de atención al paciente, pero en el Ministerio de Salud se destina poco presupuesto para inversiones. El objetivo de este estudio es optimizar la inversión en el Hospital San Juan de Lurigancho nivel II-2. El estudio es de carácter descriptivo correlacional con diseño transversal con la participación de la Unidad Formuladora y la Unidad Ejecutora de Inversiones, Se utilizó la metodología de la Espina de Ishikawa y el análisis FODA, el resultado principal es identificar registrar y aprobar un (01) IOARR para reposición de Equipos y un (01) IOARR para optimización de infraestructura. Se encontró una relación directa entre la poca inversión por IOARR y la mala calidad de atención a los pacientes. Se concluye que se optimizó la inversión en el Hospital San Juan de Lurigancho nivel II-2 con lo cual se contribuye a mejor la calidad de vida de las personas y lograr el desarrollo de la comunidad del distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho. Lo más importante de la optimización de esta inversión Pública fue identificar, registrar y aprobar IOARR porque el hospital como Unidad Productora tiene deficiente infraestructura y equipamiento |
