description La presente investigación tiene como objetivo determinar la manera como el marco regulatorio de los mecanismos jurídicos inciden en el régimen de ejecución de las garantías mobiliarias vehiculares en el Perú. Se utilizó para alcanzar dicho objetivo el método descriptivo y un diseño no experimental, asimismo la población estuvo constituida por por 24,500 abogados hábiles del Colegio de Abogados de Lima a marzo de 2017; al calcular el tamaño de la muestra se trabajó finalmente con 378 personas. En cuanto al instrumento de recolección de datos tenemos a la encuesta que constó de 15 ítems de tipo cerrado, los mismos que se vaciaron en cuadros en donde se calcularon las frecuencias y porcentajes, complementándose con el análisis e interpretación de los resultados, lo cual nos permitió contrastar las hipótesis. Finalmente se concluyó que el marco regulatorio de los mecanismos jurídicos incide en el régimen de ejecución de las garantías mobiliarias vehiculares en el Perú.

Peru. The descriptive method and a non-experimental design were used to achieve this objective; the population was also constituted by 24,500 lawyers from the Lima Bar Association in March 2017; When calculating the sample size, we finally worked with 378 people.
