Investigación de nivel descriptivo, enfoque cuantitativo y tipo de diseño no experimental-transversal. La población fue de 148,000 turistas que visitan Churín anualmente y de la cual se obtuvo la muestra de estudio que estuvo constituida por 384 turistas adultos mayores que visitaron Churín en más de una ocasión; así mismo el instrumento aplicado fue un cuestionario elaborado por 13 preguntas de escala. Además, para la interpretación de los resultados se empleó el programa estadístico SPSS versión 23. Del mismo modo se pudo determinar que el nivel de satisfacción del turista adulto mayor con respecto al turismo termal en Churín es alto. Así mismo, Churín a pesar de contar con una variada oferta termal presenta deficiencias que debería mejorar para que pueda ser uno de los principales destinos termales del país.
