description La tesis tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación entre el planeamiento estratégico y la productividad de los trabajadores administrativos en la Municipalidad Provincial de Chepén 2022, a través de un estudio aplicada, diseño no experimental correlacional, la población y muestra fueron estuvieron conformadas por los 30 trabajadores administrativos de municipalidad provincial de Chepén 2022, los datos se recopilaron empleando la técnica de encuesta y su instrumento el cuestionario. Los resultados indican que, existe relación positiva fuerte entre el planeamiento estratégico y la productividad de los trabajadores administrativos en la Municipalidad Provincial de Chepén, 2022 con coeficiente de correlación de Pearson de 0,585 y un nivel de significancia (0,000) menor a 0,05 (p ≤ 0,05). Concluyendo que, al implementar mejoras tanto en el diseño, la implementación, monitoreo y supervisión mejorará en la misma medida la productividad de los trabajadores administrativos, relacionado al desarrollo, desempeño de las tareas y relación social.
