description El objetivo del trabajo de investigación es implementar un plan de seguridad y salud ocupacional en la empresa ECOSARC, la problemática identificada es como reducir loa accidentes labores mediante la implementación de un plan de seguridad y salud ocupacional, el nivel de cultura de seguridad es bajo en la empresa, puesto que los trabajadores están expuestos a muchos riesgos y peligros, por ello es importante la implementación de un plan de seguridad y salud ocupacional, con la finalidad de proteger y velar por la seguridad de cada uno de ellos. El tipo de investigación es aplicada y el tipo de diseño es pre-experimental, el conjunto general está representado por 16 indicadores, la técnica de recolección de datos es la observación cuantitativa y el software estadístico SPSS. En el análisis descriptivo se utilizaron tablas antes y después de las operaciones. El índice de accidentabilidad se redujo al 50 %.
