The present work seeks to improve decent work and the economic growth of the population, by seeking to improve the working conditions of workers, promoting an improvement in productivity and economic growth, the objective of the research was to determine in To what extent does Boreout syndrome, organizational climate influence the work performance of employees of a public Institution - Apurímac, 2024; methodology: positivist, quantitative, causal-comparative, cross-sectional research, with 314 workers as a population and 174 workers as a sample using non-probabilistic sampling; results: Boreout syndrome at regular level (48.9%), organizational climate at regular level (69.5%), job performance at regular level (51.7%), Pseudo R square of boreout syndrome and organizational climate in performance labor Nagelkerke: 0.387; Conclusion: Boreout syndrome and the organizational climate have a significant effect on work performance in the public institution of Apurímac. |
