description El objetivo general de la investigación fue determinar la relación entre el engagement y la felicidad laboral en los enfermeros hospital de nivel III-1 Lima, 2023. Una investigación de tipo básica, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y alcance correlacional transversal. Mediante un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia se encuestó a 132 enfermeros del área de cirugía, 50,8% mujeres y 51,5% de entre 30 a 40 años; a los cuales se les aplicó dos instrumentos la escala UWES 17 para medir el engagement y la escala EFL para medir la felicidad laboral. Los resultados muestran, un nivel muy alto de engagement 43,2% y medio de felicidad laboral 75,8%, respecto a la relación entre la variable engagement y felicidad laboral está fue significativa y de correlación moderada (Rho=0,491**).
