description El presente trabajo de investigación tuvo como principal objetivo establecer la influencia de la variable independiente del clima organizacional sobre la variable dependiente el desempeño laboral de los colaboradores del Banco de Crédito del Perú, agencia Cajamarca, 2022, igualmente se estableció el nivel de la variable clima organizacional y del desempeño laboral, así la investigación que se ejecuto es de tipo descriptivo-explicativo, correlacional y fenomenológica; en la investigación se aplicó dos cuestionarios para recolectar datos de cada una de las variables de estudio a 40 colaboradores del Banco de Crédito del Perú Agencia Cajamarca , y para el análisis de datos se empleó la estadística descriptiva; los datos fueron procesados mediante el software estadístico SPSS, Excel y Minitab. Los hallazgos más relevantes fueron que existe una correlaciónsignificativa entre la variable clima organizacional y la variable desempeño laboral con un resultado Rho=0.447, por lo que se acepta la hipótesis alterna, es decir que, a mejor clima organizacional, mejor desempeño laboral
