description El presente trabajo de investigación titulado “Prisión Preventiva frente a la Presión Mediática Lima Este – 2021”, tiene como objetivo general analizar si la presión mediática influye en la formulación de los requerimientos de prisión preventiva Lima Este 2021, problemática que se estaría suscitando en la realidad, debido a que los medios de comunicación difunden hechos que no son contrastados con la realidad y causando una errónea postura a la población sobre dicha investigación, vulnerando de una forma la presunción de inocencia del investigado. Para el presente trabajo se realizaron 10 entrevistas a jueces penales, fiscales penales y abogados penales de la defensa pública, por otro lado la investigación tiene un enfoque cualitativa, tipo de investigación básica, diseño de investigación no experimental – transversal, y de tipo fenomenológico, teniendo como técnica utilizada la entrevista para recolección de datos y por último los resultados se muestran a través de la discusión e interpretación de los resultados obtenidos.
