description El estudio de esta investigación contribuye Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible - ODS 8, el objetivo principal es determinar la relación entre beneficios laborales y rentabilidad de una empresa industrial en Chiclayo, 2023. Para ello se escogió el enfoque cuantitativo, tipo aplicada, diseño no experimental trasversal, de alcance descriptivo correlacional, la población es la empresa industrial y la muestra son los documentos del 2023, el cual se aplicó la técnica registro de datos documental y el instrumento ficha de análisis de datos documental, la técnica de recolección de datos se evaluó mediante el juicio de expertos y la confiabilidad del instrumento se evaluó utilizando el coeficiente del Chi-cuadrado donde se obtuvo un resultado de 0.157. Se concluyó que no existe una relación significativa entre los beneficios laborales y la rentabilidad en una empresa industrial de Chiclayo 2023.
