description El estudio presenta por objetivo general determinar la relación entre la responsabilidad social en la gestión ambiental de la Municipalidad Distrital de Marcara, Carhuaz, Ancash, 2022, para ello se realizado el análisis de bajo el diseño no experimental – Correlacional, con alcance temporal transversal obteniendo información en un solo momento, además se ha trabajado con una censal de 50 trabajadores, obtenida por medio de un muestreo no probabilístico, para ello se ha utilizado como técnica a la encuesta, junto a ello su instrumento el cuestionario para recoger las opiniones de los trabajadores bajo una escala Likert, por otro lado se ha desarrollado el proceso de validez y confiabilidad antes de aplicar los instrumentos a la muestra, llegando a concluir: Existe una relación significativa (Rho= 0.759; sig. = 0.000 < 0.01) entre la responsabilidad social y la gestión ambiental distrital en la Municipalidad Distrital de Marcara 2022, con ello se logró dar a conocer la importancia que presenta que la municipalidad ponga en práctica las acciones de responsabilidad social para realizar el cuidado de la gestión ambiental. De la misma manera se rechazó a la hipótesis nula
