El objetivo de la investigación estuvo dirigido a determinar la relación entre el Control Interno y la Gestión Institucional, la investigación fue tipo aplicado, el nivel descriptivo correlacionar y el diseño utilizado es no experimental, de corte transversal. La muestra fue intencional conformada por 60 servidores de la Red de Salud Villa El Salvador Lurín Pachacamac Pucusana. Para la recolección de datos se utilizaron los instrumentos de recolección de datos de Control Interno y la Gestión Institucional. El procesamiento de datos se realizado con el Software SPSS (versión 22). Se realizó un análisis descriptivo y la correlación a través del coeficiente de Rho de Spearman, r=0.301*, correlación positiva de magnitud baja, resultando el valor de p 0.019, siendo este menor a 0.05, concluyendo que existe relación significativa entre ambas variables, de la muestra constituida por 60 funcionarios, interpretándose los resultados que existe relación entre el control de interno y la gestión institucional. |
