description El propósito del presente trabajo de investigación es demostrar que garantía brinda el estado sobre la inseguridad ciudadana del peligro latente que atraviesa la sociedad, esto se desarrolla mediante un método científico de investigación inductivo, tipo básica; diseño fenomenológico ya que el propósito es incrementar el conocimiento de nuestra realidad científica y que se conozca a través de su teoría aplicando el enfoque cualitativo para poder establecer los datos recogidos de forma organizada, asimismo los poderes de estados deben proponer estrategias de prevención y control de violencia para que la integridad de los ciudadanos y sus derechos humanos no se vean vulnerados frente a la inseguridad ciudadana, por consiguiente se debe utilizar herramientas de gestión de resultado para la coordinación que planifique avance y evaluación de programas de acción rápida ante cualquier evento delictivo y de esta manera se desarrolle acciones inmediatas para la tranquilidad pública
