Los hallazgos evidenciaron un nivel bueno de coaching educativo con el 62.59%, seguido por el nivel regular con el 37.41%; mientras que la cultura de emprendimiento también alcanzó mayoritariamente un nivel bueno con el 61.87%, seguido por el nivel regular con el 35.97; además, se conformó una propuesta basada en un modelo con un total de cuatro componentes basados en la identificación aptitudinal, identificación de la personalidad, desarrollo de técnicas, y desarrollo de la inteligencia emocional. Se concluye en aceptar la hipótesis de investigación, teniendo la presencia de relación significativa entre el coaching educativo y culturade emprendimiento, con un coeficiente positivo y fuerte con un valor del 69.20%.
