description En la presente investigación se tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación de la gestión administrativa y la ejecución presupuestal de gasto en la Dirección Regional de Salud Apurímac - Abancay 2021. La investigación se estructuró en base al enfoque cuantitativo, tipo básico, diseño no experimental y corte transversal, y un nivel correlacional. Además, la técnica de recolección de datos fue la encuesta y se tuvo como instrumento el cuestionario en escala Likert; la variable gestión administrativa fue medible con 20 ítems y la variable ejecución presupuestal con 15 ítems. La muestra estuvo conformada por 30 funcionarios, distribuidos en diferentes niveles administrativos y unidades orgánicas. Como resultado se obtuvo los valores de Rho de Spearman (r = 0.637) que indica que esta correlación es de nivel moderada. En cuanto a la significancia que resultó en p=0,000 siendo p<0,05 permite indicar que la relación es significativa. En conclusión, existe una relación significativa entre gestión administrativa y la ejecución presupuestal de gasto en la Dirección Regional de Salud Apurímac - Abancay 2021.
