A nivel de empresa esta cuenta con alrededor de 20 trabajadores distribuidos en diferentes áreas administrativas y operativas. Las áreas operativas están comprendidas por el área de mantenimiento, pintado, obras y servicios generales. Estas áreas son las encargadas de brindar el soporte de infraes tructuras, mantenimientos, instalaciones, reparaciones, etc. Es por esto que se considera que son áreas que desarrollan mayor cantidad de riesgos. Debido a esto es que buscamos poder implementar un plan de seguridad y salud ocupacional para reducir accidentes laborales. Dado que dichos acontecimientos se vienen presentando en mayor cantidad en dichas áreas operativas ya mencionadas anteriormente. En base a lo expuesto, el objetivo de la presente investigación es reducir el índice de accidentabilidad en estas áreas, mediante una correcta aplicación de un plan de seguridad y salud ocupacional
