La investigación fue de tipo aplicada, con un diseño no experimental, corte transversal, enfoque cuantitativo y con nivel explicativo, población fue de 115 y la muestra de 89 colaboradores, el muestro fue probabilístico aleatorio simple; se utilizó la técnica la encuesta y como instrumentos dos cuestionarios con escala de Likert. Para el análisis descriptivo inferencial de los datos se utilizaron los programas de Microsoft Excel y SPSS versión 26. Los resultados obtenidos mediante el análisis inferencial muestran una significancia de 0,001<0,05, y el resultado del Pseudo R cuadrado estableció que el coeficiente de Nagelkerke es de 15,5%, concluyendo que la gestión estratégica influye en el capital humano.
