description El presente trabajo de investigación se realizó en la empresa Corporación Limatambo SAC en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho el tema fue elegido debido a que dicha organización se ha ido desarrollando a través del tiempo y no se ha tomado en cuenta la importancia del control interno y la gestión gerencial. Para el desarrollo de esta investigación se ha aplicado el método descriptivo correlacional y la técnica del instrumento han permitido evaluar a los directivos, jefes de área y asistentes demostrando los puntos débiles y amenazas que las diversas áreas afrontan por no tener un control interno adecuadamente repercutiendo en la gestión gerencial. Esta investigación tiene como objetivo determinar relación entre el de Control interno y Gestión gerencial de la empresa Corporación Limatambo SAC en el distrito de San Juan de Lurigancho, empleando la hipótesis para presentar los resultados, conclusiones y recomendaciones. Finalmente la investigación se concluye que el control interno se relaciona de manera positiva con la gestión gerencial
