La investigación es de tipo básico, y diseño correlacional, se realizó con una muestra comprendida por 126 docentes, a quienes se les aplicó cuestionarios elaborando tablas y figuras estadísticas que luego fueron analizadas e interpretadas. Los instrumentos utilizados fueron: cuestionario para medir el clima organizacional y el nivel de compromiso. Luego de la recolección y procesamiento de datos, se contrastó la hipótesis mediante la Correlación de Spearman, obteniéndose un coeficiente igual a Rho=425 y un p-valor de 0.000, y se llegó a la siguiente conclusión: La percepcióndel clima organizacional se relaciona positivamente con el nivel de compromiso docente en la Institución Educativa “Javier Heraud” de San Juan de Miraflores, 2013, con un coeficiente de correlación de Spearman Rho=0.627.
