Para el estadístico se empleó la rho de Spearman con un valor de 0,531. Resultado: existe relación significativa moderada entre gestión del cuidado y la seguridad del paciente en un hospital de Lima 2023, siendo esto transcendentales el desarrollo de las labores del ejercicio de la enfermería.
