La falta de un acceso a la educación e integración social, a falta de estés equipamientos ase que aumente la violencia de género. El proyecto se enfoca en la propuesta de un tipo de infraestructura para brindar refugio a mujeres e hijos que han sido víctimas de violencia en esta área de la región, de acuerdo a las necesidades urgente de este tipo de refugios en la comunidad, considerando el contexto social, económico y político local. El centro de la sociedad es la familia, donde debe ser resguardado y confortable, los conflictos y agresiones físico psicológicos son las que destruyen este centro importante de la sociedad así también genera trastornos que afectan a la mujer. El tipo de investigación es aplicativo, con un diseño no experimental. Se han identificado los componentes esenciales en el diseño de un centro de refugio. Por el cual se ha planteado elaborar un centro de refugio, el cual atendrá a mujeres víctimas de este tipo de violencia.
