description El informe de tesis, tuvo como objetivo determinar la incidencia del Control interno en la Rentabilidad de la empresa Distribuciones Alizeth E.I.R.L. de Jaén – 2020; siendo el tipo de estudio aplicada, nivel relacional, diseño no experimental, con una población y muestra de 4 trabajadores, a los que se les aplicó un cuestionario; por lo que, el trabajo concluye que, el Control interno incide significativamente en la rentabilidad de Distribuciones Alizeth E.I.R.L. respecto al año 2020, ya que se identificó los puntos cruciales en las operaciones, riesgos e información, y se establecieron las medidas que corrigieron los errores y permitieron tener mejores procesos; lograr objetivos y metas planteados, dando información veraz y oportuna al titular gerente, mejorando sustancialmente la utilidad de s/ 29,519 en el 2020 a s/134,107 en 2021; las operaciones, la información y el acatamiento de leyes habían afectado la rentabilidad, pero se mejoró sustancialmente implementando el control en el 2021, y el ROA subió de 42% en 2020 a 58% en 2021, aumentando la rentabilidad financiera o ROE de 41% en 2020 al 70% en 2021: y por último, subiendo la rentabilidad social de 66% en 2020 al 298% en 2021.
