La investigación tipo básico, enfoque cuantitativo, diseño no experimental y de nivel descriptivo-correlacional, la población estuvo conformada por 500 personas, para lo cual se tomó una muestra de 217 usuarios. Se realizó estadística descriptiva donde se obtuvo que del 100 % el 46,1% percibió bajo, el 28,1% nivel regular y el 25,8 % un nivel alto. Para el estadístico inferencial se utilizó el Rho de Sperman, permitió verificar la correlación r = 0,848 entre Trato Humanizado y la gestión preventivo sanitaria. Por lo cual se aceptó la hipótesis de investigación.
