description Se estableció como objetivo principal identificar la relación existente entre la gestión logística y la competitividad internacional de la empresa agroindustrial Beta S.A. de Chulucanas, 2022. Para esto, se realizó una investigación de tipo aplicada, con enfoque cuantitativo, de nivel descriptivo correlacional, con diseño no experimental y de corte transversal. Tiene población, de 50 trabajadores, con un muestreo no probabilístico por conveniencia se obtuvo una muestra de 11 trabajadores de las áreas de comercio exterior, logística, producción y marketing. Se utilizó como técnica de investigación la encuesta, cuyo instrumento fue un cuestionario. Como resultado se obtuvo un indicé de correlación r=0,696. Finalmente, se concluyó que existe una relación moderada entre la gestión logística y competitividad.
