description La tesis tuvo como objetivo general determinar la relación del Diseño Organizacional con la Planeación operativa en la empresa Voltrailer s.a.c del sector infraestructuras metálicas Huachipa, 2016, la población y muestra estuvo conformado por 60 colaboradores; los datos fueron recogidos mediante la técnica de encuesta y se utilizó como instrumento un cuestionario de 21 preguntas, los resultados fueron procesados mediante el programa de SPSS lográndose como resultado de que existe relación significativa entre el Diseño Organizacional y la Planeación Operativa.
