Los resultados de la investigación demostraron que el Gobierno Digital sí influye en la reducción de la carga procesal en una Corte Superior de Justicia 2021- 2022, ya que permite a los abogados litigantes y servidores judiciales llevar a cabo procesos mucho más céleres, eficientes y transparentes. Como conclusión se obtuvo que el Gobierno Digital, respaldó de manera positiva las operaciones de la Corte Superior de Justicia, a través de la Identidad digital, los servicios digitales, y la interoperabilidad, pues permitió que se brinde un servicio de justicia de calidad para los usuarios, trayendo consigo la modernización de la Gestión Pública.
