El diseño de la investigación fue estudio de casos y tipo básico, de igual manera el enfoque fue cualitativo, los resultados hallados fueron positivos y ricos para la investigación, concluyendo Es importante considerar que un ambiente sano genera una total incidencia en las futuras generaciones, considerando que la falta de atención de parte de las autoridades representa que las normas enfocadas en la justicia ambiental no cumplan su papel, buscando la inclusión a los diferentes órganos administrativos y policiales en conjunto con el Ministerio Publico, ampliar los alcances de las leyes considerando modificatorias que cubran las diferentes expectativas ambientales.
