description El fortalecimiento de la identidad cultural a través de la educación, es un tema muy importante que ha dado mucho de qué hablar en diferentes estudios, el cual ha permitido que distintas comunidades y poblaciones se desarrollen en base a conocimientos y actividades que los representan, siendo propios de dicho lugar. Por ello, se expone la presente revisión literaria que tuvo como objetivo principal, sistematizar el análisis de diversas fuentes, siendo el fortalecimiento de la identidad cultural en la educación, el tema a tratar. Se consideraron 20 artículos científicos que fueron extraídos de las fuentes confiables Redalyc, Research gate, Scielo. Seguidamente, se procedió a analizar y dar a conocer los distintos temas de investigación, lugar de publicación y cómo fueron analizados cada estudio. La investigación tuvo como resultado que la educación influye notoriamente en el fortalecimiento de la identidad cultural, teniendo en cuenta las diferentes estrategias utilizadas para el proceso de aprendizaje en base a las diferentes conocimientos y saberes de las actividades culturales, dando como resultado el crecimiento y desarrollo de la identidad cultural en los pobladores.
