description El estudio tuvo como objetivo principal determinar la relación entre Felicidad y Engagement en colaboradores de una empresa de telecomunicaciones del distrito de Surco, Lima 2021. Para ello se realizó un estudio descriptivo-correlacional y de diseño no experimental. La muestra estuvo conformada por 219 colaboradores de ambos sexos. Los instrumentos aplicados fueron la Escala de Felicidad de Reynaldo Alarcón y el Cuestionario UWES de Wilmar Schaufeli y Arnold Bakker. Los resultados obtenidos evidenciaron que entre las variables Felicidad y Engagement hay relación directa y significativa (Rho= 375**) lo que indica que, a mayor felicidad presente en el colaborador, mayor el engagement. De igual manera, las correlaciones por dimensiones entre felicidad y engagement fueron directas y significativas.
