En lo que respecta a la metodología del presente estudio, se tienen los métodos: inductivo, analítico, interpretativo y comparativo; es de enfoque cualitativo; tipo de investigación básica; diseño de teoría fundamentada; y nivel descriptivo. Nuestro escenario de estudio es en el Distrito de Carabayllo; los participantes fueron doce especialistas en la materia de investigación. Las técnicas empleadas fueron la entrevista y el análisis documental; los instrumentos fueron la guía de entrevista y la ficha de análisis documental. Por último, como resultado y conclusión se evidenció que, en los hallazgos encontrados por los instrumentos de recolección de datos, nuestros entrevistados expusieron que el derecho el derecho a la integridad es afectado por el bullying durante las entidades educativas.
