description La presente investigación titulada “Sistema web basado en la norma ISO 15489 para proceso de gestión de documentos administrativos en el instituto nacional de enfermedades neoplásicas”. Que tiene objetivos como objetivo principal tenemos: Determinar la influencia de un sistema web basado en la norma ISO 15489 en la gestión de documental. Según el estudio es necesario mejorar el nivel de atención documentaria para disminuir la insatisfacción de los usuarios del instituto nacional. La metodología utilizada es el SCRUM. El tipo de estudio fue aplicada, el diseño es experimental – longitudinal, hipotético deductivo, nivel explicativo – descriptivo. Del cual se obtuvieron como resultado de confiabilidad un valor igual a 0.860 para el tiempo medio registro documentario y un 0.873 para porcentaje documentación localizada. Asimismo, cumplen con hipótesis del estudio logrando un Sig. igual a 0.000 que es menor a 0.05, entre las variables e indicadores del cual se buscó optimizar su eficiencia administrativa reduciendo así el número de trabas y un mejor flujo de documentos que han demostrado por el alto nivel de cuellos de botellas en la gestión del instituto nacional de enfermedades neoplásicas.
