description El estudio se titula “Los indicadores financieros de las Cajas de Ahorro y Crédito inscritas en la Bolsa de Valores de Lima, 2019-2023” el problema fue que la SBS liquidó la caja de Ahorro y Crédito Raíz por insolvencia financiera, esto ha llevado la percepción de cuál es el diagnóstico económico y financiero de las demás cajas municipales y rurales inscritas en la BVL. El objetivo fue describir el comportamiento de los indicadores financieros de las cajas de Ahorro y Crédito inscritas en la BVL. Fue tipo básica, cuantitativo, diseño no experimental de corte transversal, nivel descriptivo, la muestra fueron 40 estados financieros de las cuatro Cajas de Ahorro y Crédito inscritas en la BVL, periodo 2019-2023, del cual se desprende 20 balances y 20 estados de resultados, el instrumento fue la ficha de análisis documental. Los resultados muestran que los indicadores financieros no fueron favorables para las cajas de Ahorro y Crédito inscritas en la BVL, debido al registro de baja liquidez, disminución de la solvencia, aumento del endeudamiento y leve disminución de la rentabilidad. Se concluye que los indicadores financieros permiten obtener un diagnóstico que ayuda a tomar mejores decisiones.
