description Este trabajo de investigación tiene como propósito determinar la responsabilidad penal a consecuencia de los derrames de hidrocarburos en el Oleoducto Norperuano. La intención es evitar la impunidad por los daños ambientales producidos en nuestra amazonia peruana, donde a la fecha no se ha podido sancionar penalmente a la persona jurídica Petroperú, así como tampoco a los funcionarios o directivos de la empresa. Para poder llevar a cabo la investigación, será necesario desarrollar un diseño de investigación básico con enfoque cualitativo, donde necesitaremos realizar entrevistas a profesionales especialistas en el área de ingeniería de petróleo, además de abogados con los cuales conversaremos sobre la dogmática penal para la persona jurídica. Finalmente con esta investigación, debemos concluir si existe y quien es e responsable del daño ambiental producido en nuestra amazonia.
