description En la actualidad este trabajo de investigación lleva por título Potencial turístico cultural del distrito del Rímac, 2018; Por lo tanto, tiene como objetivo identificar si existe potencial turístico cultural en el distrito de Rímac, 2018. Así mismo, para poder lograr este objetivo se utilizó una investigación basado en un enfoque de investigación y técnicas cualitativas, como el desarrollo de las entrevistas hacia los visitantes y trabajadores públicos que están vinculados con el turismo y también a los pobladores que se ubican dentro y fuera de la zona, por lo cual nos dará a conocer los proyectos que se están realizando. Al finalizar se pudo obtener que el Rímac, si tiene potencial turístico ya que no solo tiene recursos naturales si no también varios recursos culturales. Se recomienda empezar a constituir más el sistema turístico para llegar a un solo objetivo, poder desarrollar el sector turístico en el distrito de Rímac; ya que cuenta con muchos atractivos potenciales que aún no están puesto en valor, sin embargo; el distrito del Rímac es una de las nuevas opciones de ser considerado como destinos turísticos en el Perú.
