La investigación fue básica, con enfoque cuantitativo y diseño no experimental correlacional. La muestra consistió en 226 operadores del derecho del mencionado distrito judicial. Se utilizaron cuestionarios validados por cinco expertos para asegurar su confiabilidad. Para analizar los datos se emplearon el software SPSS v.26 y se aplicó el coeficiente de correlación de Rho de Spearman. Los resultados obtenidos revelaron que la remisión fiscal influye en la reparación integral del agraviado conforme el Código de Responsabilidad Penal de Adolescentes (Tau-b de Kendall de 0.436, sig 0.000 y R= 0.482), aceptándose así la hipótesis general. Por lo tanto, se concluye que existe una influencia significativa entre las variables, pues la remisión fiscal promueve la participación activa del infractor en programas de rehabilitación, lo que facilita la reparación del daño causado al agraviado.
