La presente tesis titulada “Impugnación y Nulidad de los Acuerdos de la Junta General de Socios” se plantea la problemática respecto de si es conveniente unificar las causas en la Ley General de Sociedades respecto a la impugnación y nulidad de los acuerdos societarios en la Sociedad Anónima, siendo así, el objetivo principal es lograr determinar si es necesario incorporar de manera unificada dichas causales dentro de la acotada ley. Se considera como hipótesis que sí resulta conveniente unificar dichas causales, por cuanto están dispersas en la Ley General de Sociedades. Por ello, la presente investigación buscará solucionar la problemática planteada, realizando análisis doctrinarios, jurídicos y del derecho comparado, con la finalidad de resolver dicho problema. |
