Para la recopilación de los datos se empleó como instrumento el cuestionario, para la variable presupuesto participativo se considerará a Carbajal (2018), mientras que para la variable Gerencia Social se tomará a Martinez (2019) Como conclusión principal se obtuvo una relación directa y significativa entre las variables presupuesto participativo y gerencia social en los trabajadores objeto de estudio con valor de correlación r=0.937 y un p-valor igual a 0.000, que refiere una relación muy alta.
