description La investigación está orientado al objetivo general, al tratamiento contable de activo y su impacto en los estados financieros de la UGEL Utcubamba – Bagua Grande. Por consiguiente, metodológicamente se aplicó una investigación aplicada, de diseño no experimental con alcance descriptivo y como población fue la documentación que obra en la entidad específicamente en el área administrativa donde se desarrolló el estudio de ambas variables por esta razón la muestra plasmada fue los estados financieros de los años 2022 y 2021 de la entidad ejecutora. Para la recolección de datos se utilizó entrevista y análisis documental; obteniendo como resultado la deficiencia de aplicación de las normas contables con respecto a activos fijos, sumado a esto falta de capacitación al personal en temas financieros y principalmente la identificación de las partidas contables 15.03 para saneamiento. Llegando a la conclusión de aplicar la propuesta de un saneamiento contable urgente para sanear los estados financieros y presentar información real de la mano con la capacitación al personal lo que permitirá al titular de la UGEL y al departamento contable tomar decisiones acertadas y mejorar su ejecución presupuestal.
