La metodología empleada es de enfoque cuantitativo, el diseño utilizado fue no experimental de alcance correlacional y la muestra estuvo conformada por 112 trabajadores de la Municipalidad Distrital de Independencia en la ciudad de Huaraz. Para ambos instrumentos la confiabilidad se determinó por medio de la prueba Alfa de Cronbach (GDα1 = .898 GAα2 = .954). Así mismo, los datos se analizaron con el coeficiente de correlación de Spearman, llegando a la conclusión de que existe relación significativa entre Gobierno Digital y Gestión Administrativa, donde el p-valor es .000 y Rho de Spearman es de .750 indicando relación positiva con un grado alto. Además, se identificó que ambas variables se encuentran en un nivel regular (V1=76.8% y V2=67.0%) y se determinó que existe relación significativa con un p-valor de .000 y una correlación positiva moderada entre las dimensiones de tecnologías digitales (Rho=.513); identidad digital (Rho=.531); servicio digital (Rho=.691); seguridad digital (Rho=.670) y Gestión Administrativa en una Municipalidad Distrital de Ancash, 2023.
